I'm not sure where this thread belongs, isn't really medical MJ related, so I just put it in the canncom thread. I know a lot here are really into fitness.

My question is--I'm going to start working out again; haven't worked out for over a year. I usually do 30-45 min. cardio, then Nautilus on my abs, arms, back, and legs, on avg., every other day. The first couple of weeks I did this, it was great, I was toning up, looking forward to the actual workout, etc. Then, I started noticing my appetite was HUGE. I was coming home and eating everything in sight, so I stopped working out. I realize this is just my body needing the extra calories for the extra physical work, but I'm wondering if I'd stuck it out, would the hunger pangs have gone away? I want to be better prepared this time.
