In some states the old man would be going to jail for double murder. I think the sentence to these 2 butt wipes was a litle stiff. But these assholes need to know there risks to being a crook. I'd of just fired a warning shot and held them for the police.
I was in a similar circumstance once and held them for the cops with my 45. When the officer showed up he said I should have just shot them. I said they were just stealing food. Food ain't worth dieing over.

Hey was on a 911 call for 3 minutes and was witnessing his next door neighbors house. He kept saying I cant just sit around and do nothing.
