If you don't have enough respect for property to allow others the right to enjoy what they've worked hard for, and don't care enough to break into their house to steal it, you deserve to be shot.

To anyone defending them, if someone broke into your house while you were sleeping, would you be fine with them walking out with your 52" HDTV? Or your PS3 or your computer, or you mom's pearl neclace that she gave you before she died? Exactly.

Those two guys could've killed that other person had they been in there sleeping, would they have cared? Hell fucking no, they're criminals, that's why they were breaking into a house to steal something; because they're too fucking filthy and full of scum that they don't have the self respect to get a job and earn an honest wage like millions upon millions of other Americans do.

If you're saying it was wrong for them to be shot...I ask you this. Have you ever robbed a house??

Hey was on a 911 call for 3 minutes and was witnessing his next door neighbors house. He kept saying I cant just sit around and do nothing. He goes out with a shot gun and wastes the two men as they flee with loot in hand.. the guys 61.. still not charged.. only in Texas.. fuck theives Rating: 5

All this could of stuff is ridiculous when we are talking about a real event not a theouretical one and if someone was in danger of there life there would not be a question as to if it was justifiable. And if someone was leaving my empty neighbors house with all there stuff I definitely would not shoot them.

And if they were stealing my stuff I wouldn't shoot them either I like all inteligent ppl have renters insurance for my appt. and howmowners insurance for my house. Besides things are not worth lives no matter how new, expensive, or technologically advanced. He made things as dangerous as they were by shooting 2 guys as they were leaving because he was pissed they were getting away with it and that is it.

And no I have never robbed, stole or shoplifted anything and I do not condone it, it is a risk to be shot when you are a burglar but that doesn't mean that burglars can be shot on site because you don't want them to get away with things, why are so many ppl obsessed with things. Things enhance life but they are not life therefor it is not worth taking a life for a thing.

Maybe death isnt the right punishment. But Ive worked my ass off for everything I own, and if some dumb mother fucker wants to try and take that from me, im gonna want to take his life. Its human nature. And if my neighbor is home to do it for me, thats even better.
Maybe some stupid ass hats thinking of doing something as petty as stealing are watching the news and have heard about this, it might fuckin change thier mind.
