You make a valid point.. although, goodluck becoming a fortune 500 tomato grower these days.. chances are, the second weed bacomes legal.. the government will put HUGE restrictions on it, only allowing huge corporations to cultivate it because they would be the only ones to afford the massive taxation.. in other words ..it takes money to make money..

If it were legal, I'd do EXACTLY what I'm doing now, but without having to haul dirt up 3 flights of stairs... I dream of being able to go down to the farmers market on weekends with bins of hydroponic veggels and an armload of beautiful homegrown.

I think that there would always be a market for QUALITY buds. Just like you pay more for locally grown, organic, vine rippened, high quality tomatoes, people will pay for quality smoke. Sure the tobbacco companies will go grow huge fields of cannabis down in Argentina or somewhere and sell it for dirt cheap, but it would be swagg just like it is today; there is always low quality bud around for cheap, or you can get quality buds for a higher price.

You can expect that big Co's will be using the cheapest methods and the cheapest labor. I would buy dylans herb for instance before paying for kmart brand.
