Ghee is just regular butter with the impurities removed.
Just take a stick of two of normal butter (unsalted if you have it) and put it in a pan on a low heat.
After a few minutes the milk solids will 'froth' up. Just skim them off with a spoon until you're left with a clear light yellow oil (should only take you a couple of goes and less than 10 minutes).

That's all there is to it.
You can store it in the fridge for a year or more, it won't go rancid because it's pure saturated fat. :thumbsup:
