Can someone shed some light for me?

I used to get really depressed and have trouble sleeping and i found that just doing a bit of exercise every day really helps with that.
You need to have intrests like these dudes have said, find youself a new hobbie
Dont dispare bro youre not alone, and things get better i guarantee it.

yah have a hobby.. go outdoors.. backpacking, hiking, mountaineering etc and bring lots of weed! me and my buds and buddies go climb mountains a lot and toke i gurantee you it will be sooo good!! i love nature!

First off id like to thank everyone in this thread just for replying because you helped just by doing that, second off thats what im gonna start doing, i just need hobbies i need to get out i rember this is what triggered the first depression i went through it was because all i did was sit around the house.
