Can someone shed some light for me?
I used to get really depressed and have trouble sleeping and i found that just doing a bit of exercise every day really helps with that.
You need to have intrests like these dudes have said, find youself a new hobbie
Dont dispare bro youre not alone, and things get better i guarantee it.

Try to do well at skool, make sum friends, go out socialise.
Dnt think of depressing things man. LIFES TOO SHORT TO MOPE AROUND.
Ive felt like shit b4 but after the darkness cums sunshine

yah have a hobby.. go outdoors.. backpacking, hiking, mountaineering etc and bring lots of weed! me and my buds and buddies go climb mountains a lot and toke i gurantee you it will be sooo good!! i love nature!

First off id like to thank everyone in this thread just for replying because you helped just by doing that, second off thats what im gonna start doing, i just need hobbies i need to get out i rember this is what triggered the first depression i went through it was because all i did was sit around the house. Wow thank you everyone!
