Try to pick up some more hobbies. How about working out? Try boxing, kickboxing, a style of martial arts. Join a team sport, learn to skateboard, bmx.

If you live in WA you can get into all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking.

Learn to play the guitar and let it speak your emotions. The guitar has saved me from myself more than once.

We have not talked much, but I think that you are a good person. Don't let life push you down. Find something that is positive and healthy, and run with it.
