DON'T CUT ANYTHING MORE OFF THAT PLANT IF YOU WANT TO SAVE HER!!!!!
Not leaves, stalk, or roots. Even those popcorn buds have bud-leaves that can photosynthesize.

Make sure the soil isn't soggy, and get it up off the cold floor if it's on one, but the heating pad isn't necessary and could lead to root rot.
Next time you water her, give SuperThrive or ThriveAlive at 2 drops per gallon, just the once.
Put the plant(s) under 24/0 of blue spectrum flourescent light.
Keep temperatures very very stable.
Water very lightly. Don't give much fertilizer at all, only a weak 'grow' fert AFTER you see new growth starting, and not regularly.
Take clones the MOMENT you have enough plant material to clone; a mother can only live in her pot so long, and flowering really does a number on the soil.

KB I don't understand the last part of your statement, and it's fallin into that pattern I'm seeing lately of posting for the sake of posting... if you're only risking a few g of stalk that you wouldn't use anyway, leave it all on the plant and minimize stress.... Have you personally ever successfully re-vegged a plant? Anyway...
