No, they don't have to have more then 1 witness and a victim to convict. I can vouch for this ((as of last weekend)). I understand it's not how the legal system was intended to work, but unless your willing to spend alotta money and waste alotta time, then the side with the witnesses is going to win. Anyway, seriously try to prove it's legal bud, cabbage basically. If you can do that you might have a better chance.
