Wow thats pretty fucked up man, if someone ever did that to me, they woudn't have a face to talk about it. because you really cant rat in our school, u rat 1 person out, everyone jumps on you, because its like a network of people working together, so there are no problems at this school sadly.

Beating people up has many purposes too, teaching them to shut their mouths, and to realive some pressure. of course u can steal their money too , that works as a third point if your short on cash. they have to have more than one eyewitness to convict for petty posession/trafficking (small amounts) and they have to be able to prove it was marijuana. A police officer cannot get a conviction if the "offender" was "pushing" a bag of fucking oregano.

And as for admitting what you did? Screw that. Only say "I want to speak with my lawyer." and listen to him/her. Most convictions for drug trafficking come from admissions/deals... Just don't say a word except to your attorney.

No, they don't have to have more then 1 witness and a victim to convict. I can vouch for this ((as of last weekend)). I understand it's not how the legal system was intended to work, but unless your willing to spend alotta money and waste alotta time, then the side with the witnesses is going to win. Anyway, seriously try to prove it's legal bud, cabbage basically. If you can do that you might have a better chance. I addmitted i did give him it, but they think it's weed. it's not weed... it's "legal bud"

Also, i'm going to bring up that we already got in trouble for this... and that i didn't think it was necessary.

THe problem is they made me write a statement, and basically they put on my suspension that it was marijuana. I tried to tell them that it was "legal marijuana"... basically THC free marijuana but they didn't belive me. I'm going to tell them at the meeting that they had no evidence that it was marijuana.
