Ok i need your guy's help (opinion)

as fucked up as US schools are, i need your help. Ok... basically, on thursday i got suspended ( almost expelled I'm lucky ) for "marijuana possession and trafficking". Well basically, i gave my friend mike weed in the bathroom for free because i'm being drug tested and i'm trying to quit... and someone in the bathroom ratted on us. But before the school knew, that kid who ratted on us called my friends mikes dad and said he had my weed etc. and his dad called my dad and i got in lots of trouble. So basically, 2 weeks later i'm walking down the hallway when a office assistant asks me to go to the couseling room... she says that i was "drug trafficking and posession of weed" and they search me and i have no drugs at all. They have no evidence in the bathroom besides someones word out mouth. My friend also got in trouble, so i don't think his parents would dilliberatly tell on me ... I mean i learned my lesson, but i guess the school wasn't satasfied. But as far as the weed goes, it wasn't actual Marijuana... It was "legal bud". It wasn't real marijuana, that's one of the reasons i gave it away... i got jipped. So i have "marijuana possesion and charges" when it wasn't marijuana. I never really knew this untill i had people look at the remaining "weed". Basically, the school suspended me for "word of mouth" i gave my friend weed even though they have no evidence i did in marijuana, and that it wasn't actually "marijuana". I gave my friend a pipe, it wasn't mine... but i didn't want it. They make it sound like i targeted my friend mike to take the weeed, even though he wanted it.

My friend says i'm able to take legal actions... seriously, i was trying to get into a really good boarding school... but this ruined it. Because i got in trouble...

ok first off were do you live?(state) and second dont make a fuss about it just take it and roll,and as far as them chargeing you if you dont say anything they dont have any evidence they're just trying to give you a hard time and dont tell them it was just leagal high bud because that wont make it any better,they'll probly just give you 15 hours comunity service or something like that unless you live in texas,michigan(spelling?),or a few other states i cant remeber(hey its 2:00 am)

You're screwed. Sadly witnesses are enough to make a charge on. Your only hope is by proving it's not marijuana. If you can't do that ((as in, it's been disposed of, whatever)) then just take the suspension and ignore that shit. Might consider fucking the kids vehicle up something fierce though. That they can't prove shit about. Fucking up vehicles has almost become a past time for me. Rat on me? There goes your windshield, you've got instant-hardening-foam in your exhaust pipe, and 5 pounds of sugar in your gas tank. Leave no evidence, be sober. Lie your ass off.

It's alot smarter then beating the shit out of someone you already know for a fact narcs. What should he do then poorman? Just pretend it didnt happen? Because I guarantee if he touches the kid who narced on him, the kid'll have no problem narcing again. This kid severely dampered oz's future for ZERO personal gain. That's the true lowest and cowardliest. I think if oz fucked up his car, it wouldn't even compare.

Anyway, goto the police station and show it was legal bud. They'll want the money to lab test it etc. But, it's worth it.

encatuse, i said nothing about beating the shit out of anyone! oz asked for opinions. i gave him my opinion on destroying personal property. its stupid and cowardly!
as for what i would do, i sure as hell would`nt advise him to get into more trouble.
hell, he can`t handle what he has already done. he admitted to it.
