ok first off were do you live?(state) and second dont make a fuss about it just take it and roll,and as far as them chargeing you if you dont say anything they dont have any evidence they're just trying to give you a hard time and dont tell them it was just leagal high bud because that wont make it any better,they'll probly just give you 15 hours comunity service or something like that unless you live in texas,michigan(spelling?),or a few other states i cant remeber(hey its 2:00 am)
