wow well..let me say something...hold on..hold on.....HAHAHAHAHAHA ....no im just playing...thats sucks though man...i wouldnt even lay a hand on that kid though i would just tell everyone what happend and then tell them all to give him hell for the remainder of the year...see what happens one of my boys got narced on for having a couple grams...by some dicksqueeze who had a 4.0 average...but anyway we bugged him out so bad ...he transfeered schools cause they couldnt pin the bullying on 1 person it was like a 20 or 30 person ...pick on the dicksqueeze athon..lol []Deace

It really doesn't matter what's on your "school record". I doubt any judge will give a young kid with decent grades a felony charge or consider it trafficking. I think people are just "scaring you straight" so to speak.

If it's legal bud but you try to "sell" it as real mj, it's still illegal. Like you can't go out on the street and sell sugar cubes as crack and then tell the cop it's just sugar cubes. Not sure what that charge would be. At this point in you life, you gotta face the fact that many adults have forgotten what it's like to be your age (at 26 I'm already gettin blurry on it). Being contrite and telling them what they want to hear will get you further and get them off your ass faster.

I have college friends who got in a lot of trouble in highschool (I was too scared of my folks lol) and they ended up in the same school as me and are going to good law schools now. These knuckleheads got in quite a few fights. It might hurt getting letters of reccomendation (but if you're nice to teachers, some will probably understand) and you can always go to a college, work hard and transer to the school you want to go to.

Don't worry too much. Try to explain it, apologize, tell em it'll never happen again (and don't let them catch you doing it again). Tell them your worried that you won't be able to go to boarding school and your worried about college (them folks will eat it up). Then do what you want. If you wanna stop smoking cause you'll do better in school than do that, if not and your school work's fine just be more discrete. And don't carry stuff at school.

Let the air outta the guys tires, it's not as malicious but it'll really irritate the guy. No permanent damage, just a bit of aggravation. Do it like once a month just for laughs. Don't get caught.

Ok... I hate to be a bitch, but this has to get straight. here's all i have to say about the subject:

A. You shouldn't have been dumb enough to bring the substance into the school.

B. You are a dumbass if you can't tell the difference between legal bud and illegal bud (Seriously dude, and you smoke pot).. so you should have known it was legal bud at the time you gave it to your friend... Why not explain what it was right when it happened?

C. Legal Bud is not weed... period. For the most part it is lettuce opium and nothing more... complete bullshit that you shouldn't waste your time on.

Next time use your head before you bring drug paraphanalia and a substance that can be called weed to school. Seems like you started smoking a bit to early because you're not thinking with your head. There's also the possibility for the school to have camara's that caught it on tape... tons of schools have started with survalliance camara's planted all around the school. As much as it sucks, it was your fault that it happened, because you weren't careful enough about what happened..... Take your punishment and just get on with your life.
