Hello Oz,,,you know being a minor the school should have had your parents present before anything or action...most lawyers offer a free first briefing too. What are your parents saying or doing ?

i think that the school i want to attend would live with "possession" but trafficking ...

i can't really learn in public schools, i have kind of a learning problem i don't really discuss but it's hard for me to really take the info i read in and understand. I mean, i have a 3.0 so i'm not doing that bad... but i could do better.

I really wanted the boarding school because of getting extra help, and the god learning you get...

It doesn't have anything to do with the law, it's just i feel that this 5 day suspension and "expollsion" was uneccesary. First of all, they never even listened to me. They called my parents and asked them if they were aware of the cituation ... my parents already knew what happaned, and wern't happy. now they absolutely can't trust me... because some asshole brings up something 2 weeks old that i tried to get behind me.

I like weed, but i have to quit... adn that's why i havn't toked in a month.

Basically, i'm not doing weed for awhile

my parents are dissapointed that i "do drugs"... they are not all that mad at the whole being caught, but are mad because like the school said there seceretive about the supensions... they arn't! All my teachers will know that may impact my grades... i have some pretty drug free teachers.

Hmmm.. Well I hope you learned your lesson. Never deal at work or at SCHOOL! Even if it was "legal bud" just BAD IDEA. I say just take the fall. It wouldnt be worth the time or effort to TRY to get your ass out of it because Simply you wont. I never got the logic of bringing illict subtances to school grounds. You're just asking to get caught.

as fucked up as US schools are, i need your help. Ok... basically, on thursday i got suspended ( almost expelled I'm lucky ) for "marijuana possession and trafficking". Well basically, i gave my friend mike weed in the bathroom for free because i'm being drug tested and i'm trying to quit... and someone in the bathroom ratted on us. But before the school knew, that kid who ratted on us called my friends mikes dad and said he had my weed etc. and his dad called my dad and i got in lots of trouble. So basically, 2 weeks later i'm walking down the hallway when a office assistant asks me to go to the couseling room... she says that i was "drug trafficking and posession of weed" and they search me and i have no drugs at all. They have no evidence in the bathroom besides someones word out mouth. My friend also got in trouble, so i don't think his parents would dilliberatly tell on me ... I mean i learned my lesson, but i guess the school wasn't satasfied. But as far as the weed goes, it wasn't actual Marijuana... It was "legal bud". It wasn't real marijuana, that's one of the reasons i gave it away... i got jipped. So i have "marijuana possesion and charges" when it wasn't marijuana. I never really knew this untill i had people look at the remaining "weed". Basically, the school suspended me for "word of mouth" i gave my friend weed even though they have no evidence i did in marijuana, and that it wasn't actually "marijuana". I gave my friend a pipe, it wasn't mine... but i didn't want it. They make it sound like i targeted my friend mike to take the weeed, even though he wanted it.

My friend says i'm able to take legal actions... seriously, i was trying to get into a really good boarding school... but this ruined it. Because i got in trouble...

I'm really angry at this whole situation

IMHO,,I think you're youth status will only result with a 'slap on the hand'
