alcohol and pain relievers...
is it really that bad to take a regular dose of advil or tylenol or do they just say that so people dont take a bunch then drink and die? cuz i got some pains and i was drinking a lil bit earlier

its perfectly fine to drink and take 1 or 2 tylenols it actualyl helps a lot i did on thursday and i was fine

Its when you regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages per day.
Alcohol and acetaminophen are both hepatoxic, meaning they both harm your liver and when taken in combination likely do more harm then when taken alone.

Then you have the whole ulcer and stomach bleeding issue. Im sure this is unlikely to happen if you do it once but dont make a habit of it.

The only really problem with advil and tylenol while drinking would be ur liver, it wont do to much damage though. Be worried about drinking on opiates though, they are far more dangerous, like percs or oxys, if u take to much or drinking to much ur liver wont shut down, it'd probably be ur lungs.
