plants over two weeks and not growing
Ok soo I have three plants and i have 6 26watt-100watt cfls that r 6400k and they dont seem to want to grow that fast. I water every 3-4 days, i've tried to shut off two lights thinking that maybe they were getting too much light, but they seem to be producing more leaves just doing it really really slow. the one in the picture is cyber crystal and i have one white rhino which is the slowest one, i've seen others and read on the strain and they said it was suppose to fast. need help

Lights back on.
Increase ventilation if you are having temps problems.
Looks like they are stunted from exposure to fertilizer at too young an age- I see tip scorch.
What is that soil? What have you been feeding them?

i haven't feed them anything, they are potted in organic soil from walmart, do i need to switch that out, temp is not an issue have a fan blowing on them with an open door to the grow closet. If i take them out of the soil and plant into diffrent soil what should i use for soil, i have 50/50 perilite and organic soil.

Were these grown from seed or clones.Clones are pretty slow to regenerate. It usually takes mine at least 2 weeks to get good roots and to start stretching.

Those are pretty obviously small seedlings...
Okay I bet you got the Miracle Grow Organic. It's not great for seedlings because it's got fertilizer in it.
Make sure your pots are REALLY well drained- IF they have a built-in drip tray, remove it. Extra holes never hurt either. And then flush the soil with tap water adjusted to pH 6.7.
Afterwards, keep good air flow and light and if the seedlings are saveable, that will do it.
