as for mature they were in there 4th week, week 6 starts Friday.

Did they have alternating nodes?

andeverthing I was told and read they should of shown signs of sex by now.

I think this is wrong.
For them to have 6 days... 7 days, they're doing exactly what they should be doing.

Just sitting there doing nothing.

They're
1st- wondering why the hell did somebody cut them off the rest of their body
2nd- wondering IF they should start growing roots
3rd- wondering IF they should start to flower, now that they're 12/12

Give 'em a break... if they're not dying, they're doing good.

A rough estimate I would throw is that you'll see sex in them in around 14-21 days total life-time.
