Wind makes the plant grow more vigorously and thickens the stem, which will increase your yield capacity. Should be alright as long as the plants are too young. Maybe you could build a wind block around them until they get a few weeks old.

I want to know how lethal wind can be, besides the obvious of running the chance of buds breaking off, I was thinking more along the lines of the plant losing trichomes and that desirable resin.
