any way that maximises the light being given to the plants, whether it be running the tubes along the sides and the bulbs on top or vice-versa, you'll know yourself. keep them 2-3 inches away from the plants and line your cab with mylar

How many cfl lights should I have on 1 plant , also what soil could I get at a local store , so far the cfl light I found was 23watt 100 eq 6500k 1500-2000 lumens for cfl then theres the f tubes day light t12 40wats 6500k 3050 lumens.
