yea you can...if you can get ahold of clones it would make your life a lot easyer....put 7 in there and flower at 8 to 9 inchs.... or look up scrog....set up a screen about 8 inchs high and weave the plant in and out of the screen..when its about 3/4 full flower...

i got one and it works great as a plant starter, and you can grow in it but with the lid lifted all the way you only have about a foot and a half, + not alot of room to grow more that 1/2 plants

btw im not advising anyone to do this, but if you were to buy a rechargeable credit card with $20 on it and buy the aerogorw online you get a 36day free trial just paying for shipping ($20), and pay with the rechargeable you can keep it forever and just try to bill the rechargeable and it never comes back to you. "hypothetically"

Can you grow in it? Yes.
Can you grow pot in it? No. Not to harvest.
It's meant for short plants like culinary herbs. It might be fine for vegging pot but then you will need to transfer the plants to a 'real' hydro system, lol...
