so you tell me you'd appreciate getting shot in the knee cap?

I appreciate the fact that there is a system in place that sends stimuli to my brain and tells me that after getting shot in the knee cap, walking on it will damage it even further. The fact that I am recieving pain signals from so many different nerve clusters centralized in that area, tells me that there is much damage done, and that I should take it easy on it.

I figure its the most logical way to look at it.
