starting with veg. a good soil and some worm castings worked very well. then before flowering at transplant a little more wormcastings and some powdered seabird guano mixed in,(carefull, there is still a chance of overfert if you add too much) it wasnt perfect but still pretty low maintenance. watering with mollasses and little additions when i noticed something.
twoguysupnorth Reviewed by twoguysupnorth on . Stand Alone Soil I don't want to beat a *really* dead horse but...I have to. Can anyone give me a recipe for a soil mixture so perfect that I will no longer have to fertilize except for very rare occaisons. I am looking for a mixture that I can just water, sit back and watch grow. Even if the soil recipe is super complex, i would rather that then fiddling with add-ins all the time. Thanks! Rating: 5
