4' C is pretty dang cold. Since marijuana is approx 80% water, freezing temps cause permanent damage to leaves and stems. Anything below, say, 10' C can cause stress to the plants and slow down the flowering or growth process. Fortunately, it doesn't look like any permanent damage was done.
