I do agree with you but it IS a fantasy question.
I imagined finding 40,000 in cash, in a brown paper bag, behind a bush. and if that ever happend, i would keep it. people that "need" money don't keep it in cash and in a paper bag.
but now that i think of it, maybe it's someones cash from their house that someone stole. well, even still, it was probably a drug dealer since not a lot of "legit" people have 40 grand cash.

haha i don't know what i would do. the "right" thing would be to turn it in...
