He did get off pretty easy. This where an informed jury can really help. If you get lucky enough to sit on a jury in a pot possession case just say not guilty. Its that easy. All we need is one person to sit on each jury and you can make a difference. Sooner or later they will get tired of pissing money away on pot possession trials that they can't win and the district attorney will quit prosecuting them.:thumbsup:
