dunno about that, but re-wetting dry pressed weed can give it a hefty bounce back.... it isn't gonna be as fluffy as if it were just picked from a plant and left alone.... but anyways.... just take a paper towel and get it soaking, wring it out as best as you can and throw it in the bag with your bud for a few hours... (works with apple/orange slices too.. or a leaf of lettuce, banana peels, there's lots of things you can use)

whatever your bud is in has to close tho.... like a ziplock bag or tin can, w/e...
