Light color question.

So not up until recently was I aware that light color was of major importance in regards to CFL grows. I've just entered flowering and i want to make sure i have some lower end (redder) bulbs, which i THINK i do. Ive used the same bulbs the whole grow and my plant got pretty bushy so I'm tempted to think the bulbs i currently have are more blueish in spectrum. However I did run out and get some different cfls today for a smaller little seedling / starter veg box i built and i made sure they were higher in color temperature (6500k). So i powered them on and they are much brighter/whiter looking then my current bulbs (my current bulbs in the grow box are whitish but they have a much yellower look to them). I also noticed that most bulbs at regular stores (wally world, lowes, home depot etc etc) were at the lower end of the color spectrum (like 3000k to 4000k). So would you all say its safe to assume that i've already got some reddish spectrum bulbs in there already?

(I already checked the base of the bulbs for any information and the packaging they were in is long gone. I believe they were GE general use bulbs if that helps at all).

3000K for flower and 5000 to 6500K for veg and you will be in good shape. You can mix a little, when veg have 3 too 1 veg to flower bulbs and vice vers in flower.
