Yea, I have only heard the 7 second thing by word of mouth, many time tho. And it probably varries with different people, depending on things like how much shit u already have in ur lungs, age, weight and other things like that...

Smoke a shitload in a small room and block the vents.That might work.

I only got high after smoking decent stuff, before that it was cheap shit and it did nothing.But now it dont matter what I smoke.

When you breathe in, open your lungs.
So sit up straight, and take a deep breath.

Make sure to HOLD it in your lungs.
To make sure it's properly there, when you smoke it in, take in another breath of air without blowing out.
Try having a joint to yourself as well
