ok 3 cfl will not flower anything...i used cfls for a grow but i used a shit load more almost 400 watts. my plants were HUGE!!!! The bud was very fluffy which is good cause it burned nicely but if your plants are SMALL it wont be worth the effort or cost.. the grow will cost at least 50 or so and youll get about 50 bucks worth of weed that probably wont be as stong as if you bought it. For a grow like that i would try to find a 150w hps. it wont emit that much heat but you need to get that heat out of the closet cause the lamp wont get that hot but when their air cant get out it will build and fry your plants. also i dont see how you are gonna run a DWC in a closet cause your going to have to not only deal with the heat in the air but also the heat in you tub...it will be very hard and you will compromise stealth.
