What exactly is the rationalization for making those girls pay that money? If a policeman had knocked on her door and given her an anxiety attack, would the sheriff's department have to pay? You can't charge someone $900 for knocking on a door just because they are a teenager and it is 10:30. If their parents are okay with them being out, then who does the judge think he is to say that it's not okay for them to be outside? Shame on that lady for blaming the girls for her own paranoia, and shame on the judge for his own poor judgment.
