I think the issue with other drugs is a very touchy subject... I think as a cannabis board, our objective is to promote positive reinforcement of the benefits of pot; outsiders do not see that some peoples' drug use is purely experimental, and it tends to tarnish what good image cannabis activists have been trying to project. If people who are on the fence see that some people enjoy recreational use of other higher calibers of potency, we might lose credability because of the whole 'gateway drug' theory.

And because a lot of the other stronger and illegal drugs can be much more dangerous. Stoners take caution, but sometimes it can go very, very wrong. Also cannacom might run the risk of government intervention if stronger and more serious drug discussions begin to pop up- liability, I suppose.

Even enthenogens, such as mushrooms and LSD can be touchy subjects simply because they can have a much more profound psychological impact that younger members on the board might not be able to handle. I'm not saying they would all go mad, but those can be intense substances.

And crackheads don't have NEARLY enough creativity to start threads such as "Does pot taste green or red when smoked?"
