The stuff you're smoking is too strong for your tolerance, try getting some mids to start bringing it up.

The first time my roommate and I smoked chronic he felt the same as you. He thought he was having a heart attack and was gonna die and kept telling me and the other roommate to call 911 cause he seriously thought he was gonna die.

We told him to chill out and take it easy cause it was just the chronic, and we couldn't help but laugh. He left for his corner in the living room and spent some time alone and when his high calmed down he realized it was in his head.

I used to get the same feelings as you, but knowing that any discomfort I get is in my head usually gets me right back into a giggly stage. Nausea can happen sometimes, usually happens to me if I smoke a lot.

If you're not willing to go down to mids, try taking 1 hitters for the first couple of days to a week, then start moving up to 2 hits and so on so your body will get used to it.

The patterns that you see are common, as anything that's bright and moving can cause patterns to come up when you close your eyes. This happened to me when I played Guitar Hero for the first time intoxicated. I was so high I kept leaning side to side, and when I was done I felt quite disoriented and kept seeing the moving patterns everywhere I saw for a while, with open or closed eyes.

Next time you smoke, try clearing your head of those thoughts and putting on some relaxing music or something.
