if i want to pack a real slow burner (guess you guys call them weed turds :jointsmile
when i toss my herb in the paper i use the pack of rollies, or a lighter to press it all down firmly, than roll, it packs it up nicely and actually makes it easier to roll. Give her a try, see how you turn out.

Joints seem "soft"
So wizard, i compressed last night, and good to go. I compressed it with the side of my papers box, rolled it, and then pushed it down more with a thick plastic straw. it was all good.

make sure you keep the paper tight on the herb after you've rolled and shaped the J. When you go to fold the paper around the joint, you need to keep the paper tight against the herb so that it won't loosen when you twist it up and lick it.
