flushing out thc

i got caught again the otehr day and i think might have to tkae drug tests in the future does anyone know

a) the amount of time thc is dectectable in urine or

b) any methods for flushing it out much quicker

im taking a break for awhile anyway because my one year anniversary of smoking is on the 28th so i guess this came at an alrght time

well one joint takes about a month to get out of your system so i think your fucked if your a big pot head lol. umm if you really want to not get cought there are somedrinks you can buy from mosley any drug store the fucking nasty and anly last for 4 hours so drink and get your ass there and get it done. the run around like 40 bucks but some even say if you dont pass the test you get buddle your money back most of the time they work this is from my experence.
p.s. did any of your family members catch you? if they did you screwed......

My friend was put into rehab by her family member, and she still smoked until she found out she had to actually pass a drug test to get out legally. So, she stopped smoking and they gave her a date of when she'd have to test.
She stopped smoking and five weeks later, PASSED.

Now, that may not sound like a big feat, but she had literally smoked EVERY day (she even smoked when she had step throat!) for 11 months. She's about 130, 5'8 or 5'9, so she's not fat at all, but she also doesn't work or anything. So, I'd say in five weeks you'll easily pass a drug test unless you're (NO OFFENSE) morbidly obese and your body has a very hard time getting the metabolites out of your system.

Working out gets the metabolites into your piss much quicker, meaning you can pass a test sooner but you it really does depend on your weight, height, and your build etc etc.

It's fine either way. 5 weeks is a SAFE bet. If you fail after 5 weeks then you're body is screwed.

As to your working out, depends. How much of a sweat do you break, how much do you weigh, how much fat do you have on your body?

I'm not trying to embarrass you or anything, but if your body is flabby or whatever, you retain metabolites a lot longer. Another one of my female friends could go on an 5 month binge and pass a piss test in 2 weeks. I'm extremely jealous of her....

i heard to drink like 10 gallons of water a week....since water helps get thc out anyways i'm sure that it's logical it would work...although i can't be too sure andi wouldn't want to trust that unless i knew someone who had success with it....

Drinking half a gallon to a gallon of water is cool but don't do it for too many days at a time, you can actually get water poisoning. On career day in Medical Studies someone actually asked the question if you can drink too much water, and they said you can. I can't remember systems, but it's possible to get a bladder infection or something or other because you're pissing TOO much.
If you're going to binge on the water, drink half a gallon to a gallon a day for about 3-5 days, then stop.

Another thing is, a friend of mine drank an entire gallon of water one day before his drug test, and he had drank so much water that he actually had more water than piss in his system or something. They threw out his sample and asked him to come back the following week.

So, I'd stop the day before the test, if not 2 days before.
