over here in ny if u get caught again with in one year of ur arrest you get sent to the big house for 90 days.so yeah time to toke in friends houses and shit.or toke alot less that what i have been.i've been forgetting shit ne way so i guess its a good thing. lol

you said your charges were dropped? if so they cant use that previous arrest against you in a future trial. so no they cant lock you up for 90 days for a crime you were acquitted of. the law is just trying to scare you into submission.
