I don't see why you couldn't flower now if you want. Try to get 26W 2700K CFLs for flowering, but it will work with the 6500K as well.

As for the future, make sure you fill the pot up to the brim with soil. This will get you the best airflow at the bottom of you plant. As it is now, air can "settle" in the bottom.
eggrole1 Reviewed by eggrole1 on . can you.. is it possible to grow with 3 18w cfls..my plant is 3 weeks in and dont even look like a normal plant would look at 2 weeks.the leaves are not fully developing before new growth starts on new leaves..i know i need more light but how many 18w cfls should i use to have enought light..the grow space is a pot in a 10gal fish tank with a cardboard top with the lights going straght down.lights are about 2 inches away from plant.
