Nope. Not my favorite. I like both activities involved just fine. Better than fine, in fact They're in my Top 5. But I'm someone who has a very hard time concentrating on receiving while also giving physical pleasure. I lack some focus mechanism that makes that fun for me. I just find it distracting. I'd far rather take turns one-at-a-time and enjoy watching the response I'm getting or letting him pay attention to my response. I think simultaneous orgasm isn't all that it's cracked up to be, either, for the same reason: it detracts from the focus.
