Good 4 U! (on the cig thing) I am also at a point in my life where I want to quit smoking. Started when I was 14, so 10+ yrs now, and I figure if I am going to give my body a chance to bounce back from it, now is the time--before I am 30. Much luck to you.

Ghosty, best thing I ever did was quit cigs, well second best. First was marrying my new bride of 11 years, LOL.

Good luck, and YOU CAN DO IT. I smoked for 25 years, and quit cold turkey. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel, and how much better you breath.
