There are different types of hash, some stronger than others. I suspect that people who have been disappointed with it have not had the good types. I never had any that was made from domestic weed. It was always imported from Tibet, Nepal, Morocco, Lebanon, Afghanistan, etc. I'd snatch some up in a second if any were available.

I would like to try some hash that is made from the best domestic strains but, with New York City weed prices being what they are, it would cost a small fortune.

Even if I wanted to, I can't get "mids" to make oil with.....right now, no weed is available to me here - but when it comes around, it will usually be pretty high priced.

You can use any pipe, but I prefer smaller bowls than those used for weed.

Most of the good black hash I remember had an "indica" high - very physical, almost narcotic-like. These were the Tibetian and Nepalese types. The black/brown Afghani was OK, but not as good as the first ones. The reds and blondes, usually from Lebanon, Morocco, etc., were OK, but not nearly as good as the black varieties. They were priced accordingly, also.

I can buy weed cheaper $10/gram (30 an 8th, 60 1/4, 110 a half), hash costs me $15/gram. But I have a gram of hash and its lasted me so far 3 days and its not even half gone, granted I've been smokin weed as well. But if I switch purely to hash for a bit I'll make it last longer, and spend less. But then again I prefer weed over hash most of the time...
