I took 4 and I was tripping like FUCK Also don't take them at night, you cant sleep until they wear off (at least thats how it was for me) Anyways I think 3 is threshold and six is prolly max I would do, Also don't take LSD while on them because it doesn't do much and is a waste of LSD. Also the best way to eat the seeds is to chew them (take off the husk because i heard it contains a toxin which upsets your stomache) and hold them under your tounge for like 5 min then chew some more and swallow, nasty taste but still it works.
