Size?
Planned skin?
Gotta warn ya, even a single layer of UV-stabilized poly over a decent sized house is pricey- and polycarbonate (hard) panels are thru the roof.
To get out cheap, contemplate a hoop house design ( go ahead, google it). I wouldn't frame outta wood- you're looking at a very humid environment, so anything but PT is gonna rot fairly quick. PVC pipe lasts a lot longer, as does galvy conduit, if you're careful about not scraping the zinc up.
If you're anywhere where it snows, factor in load weight ( and figure that you'll need to heat the GH- in fact, if you're further north than Zone 4, figure you'll need to heat. Going to double layer poly w/ air space between will help to insulate, but cost goes up.
Plenty of plans on the net- look around.

Cool design. I see one wider, with supports in the centre in my future.
