I love my job, I love the work and I especially love those bank deposits!! Sorry 'bout chur luck with honeydoos.....I am not afflicted with wife. I have had that particular ailment twice, with the end result being the same. I don't recommend it. OTOH, the lease program seems to work just fine.

Sure, after you go back to school, get a mechanical engineering degree, or at least a couple of years at Vo-Tech, and become a certified Master HVAC Technician.
I need another Master Tech, I can get trained helpers all day long.


BTW.. can't blaze after midnight the days you work, and not until after knocking off for the day... the job is too dangerous to do otherwise. Got to be straight and sober during the work day.

Nah CC, I LOVE my work. All I do is drive all day. Touch NO freight. Get paid better than when I dispatched. No ass looking over my shoulder bitching and griping. This thread was actually in jest, LOL...

I love work ! but the reason for that is simply that I won't do any work I don't like to do.
I've always had people to do the jobs I don't like doing , laundry gets taken to the cleaners , food can be ordered ready cooked or I can go out for dinner.
I like being the best at my job because then I get top dollar, which in turn allows me to be more in control of what I want to do, I can work for a few months then just sod off on holiday for a few months.
I'm happiest being my own boss and because I put in the hard work as a twenty something I can now take it a lot easier and I get to call the shots when it comes to negotiating new contracts.

what may i ask do you do? I would love to be in such a position. And years of college (to do something i don't REALLY care about) is getting old!

I'm lucky, im in a job that i enjoy, it's my hobby. The pay is VERY good, but the hours and the commute are horrendous. 3 hours each way to and from work - thank fuck my diesel is free.

i work at a screen printing joint, we make custom shirts hats bags and all kinds of shit, i like it but its not a career, just something to do while in school...still not sure what i wanna do
