First a stupid question

I am around 5'11" and 200lbs. I smoke at the most 2x a week, and share a bowl with 2 or more people at a time. A fellow smoker (who's credibily, aside from his word, is unfamiliar with me) said him and his friends would lay off smoking for a few days and drink some water take a few does of those muti-vitamin packs (the kind that have 10 or eleven pills in them) for a day or 2 before being tested. If I follow that adivce I should pass considerring my habits. Do anyone agree with that?

Now on to the topic
I am a person who is into using herbal nutritional suppliments and I'm about to get a detox kit (not for drug testing. I don't trust those either) . I am looking for a liver detox kit (they run $10 to $20 US dollars a piece).

Is one example. It seems to be complete per what the users on this board say. Combine a product similar or better (ingeredient wise) to that with green tea and maybe cranberry juice. I may have a job interview in a few days at a company that tests. For the time being...does anyone have any immediate thoughts on that combo?

Another subject that hasn't been touched on is fasting. People do this to flush toxins out of their body. I don't fast myself (wouldn't last a day)so I have no clue if it would help. Maybe somebody here does.

Is there anyone on this board who would be willing to participate in this kind of research and post their results after self testing with a home test kit??
