So I went to my buddies house this evening and he just bought a new "EC" meter so we stuck the pen in the 30 gallon tub and the EC came back at 2.79 with the "ppm" being 1972!! WTF, been following the General Hydroponics feeding chart. The plants are only 20 days old & 7"s tall, the all look good but on a few the ends are curling down, none seem to be burnt. I beleive that at this stage of growth the EC should be 1.3-1.4 and PPM's should be under 1000. Does this sound correct? The plants are on the "growth" stage on the General Hydroponics feeding chart, followed to the tee. Any help would be great............This is for an Ebb & Flow setup
