My new inline duct fans dont fit with my air cooled tube reflect and 6 inch ducting??

So i just got a 6 inch air cooled tube reflector from HTG supply... i also got 2 inline duct fans....and like 25 ft of duct hose...My problem is that my duct hose fits on my inline fan...but the inline fan doesnt fit properly on the reflector...on one side it fits over but is loose..and i have a clamp on it too...and the other side if i switch it around...doesnt fit over or inside the reflector....i have to have one on each end so i have to make both sides work...Anyone with suggestions or help??? Thanks

Attach fan to your outside air source, duct hose between fan and light then another duct hose from other side of light to outside air.

it about just adding a small piece of duct and then the fan and then duct where i wanted it to go....and can i use ducttape to connect the hose to the reflector or will that get to hot...or should i use clamps...i just thought with clamps it wouldnt get as sealed...

**I meant i was thinking about adding a small piece of hose to the reflector and then that goes to the fan...a few feet away...and then that goes whereever needed...

I've got 1,000w hps's in cool tubes and they don't get too hot for duct tape. You really don't want a fan on each end of the light. That would be overkill. Even if you need two fans because of a long run, there's better ways to space them.

my fans are only inline duct fans...they arent like a vortex or etc...so would that still be too much cooling or??? and would this work if i had an inline fan at the end of a hose....then around 8ft of hose and another inline fan...then my light and then a hose aorund 4 ft...to the ceiling?? Thanks

    Go to your hardware store...
Ask for a reducer. The openings on the reflector are 4" (by the sounds of it, if you have 6" duct)

A reducer will solve this problem.

    you need a 6" to 4" reducer.

no the openings are 6 inch...and the inline fan is a little bigger and clamping wont make it tight....
