it is how you present each status that is relative.

if you know nothing and act like you know everything you are stupid
if you know a little and continue to learn you become humbled by the greatness of knowledge and the small peice of understanding you have grasped. this in turn should feed your hungar for knowledge and in turn humble you more. this is the true path to enlightenment.
