A few years ago a few of my mates were in the city when 3 local thugs armed with knives thought they could get away with robbing them, my friends fought back and one of my mates took a knife off one of the muggers. In the skuffle that followed my best mate ended up stabbing one of the muggers, the mugger died but my mate got sent down for 2 years.I don't think he should even have been charged ,, it was pure self defence. Here in Florida we go one step further than the rest of the states, we have a "Shoot First" self-defense law which permits civillians to use deadly force in their defense if they feel as if their life is in immeadiate danger.

You don't even have to be attacked.

My preference to live will always trump my enemies preference to take my life. Therefore, i believe i am justified in taking someone's life if they attempt to take mine. If someone murders another, they do not deserve to live anymore, as they are not capable of being a rational human being. "Their human rights" They chose to disregard the rights of others and thus, deserve none, they forfeit them. I advocate death because why should i be forced to share the earth with these scum? These evil doers. They do not contribute to society, they do not wish to live in peace. Why whould I and all the other tax payers, PAY for them to LIVE after they have KILLED? I defend self defence to the death. Unprovoked attacks and assaults i condone continuously. If the law actually did sentence them to life, as it should be, the rest of their lives, then i would accept that. In reality, that doesn't happen, they are out in a number of years, not even close in resemblance to their life. Justice is not being done for the victims. An eye for an eye does not make the world go blind, the murderers and peodaphiles who rip out our eyes do the job.

Actually the death penalty costs tax payers more than life in prison because of all of the legal fees involved in capital punishment and because most convicts are too poor to pay for their own attorney. Also is capital punishment just if even one innocent person is wrongly convicted and sentenced to death? But dont get me wrong i'm all for homicide in self defense.

I'm not advocating the death penalty be given automaticaly , however there have been certain cases in recent years that have been proven so profoundly that there is no element of doubt whatsoever and in these cases the death penalty should apply.
