Alright so heres what we started off with...

400W MH lighting system w/ ballast
General Organic Potting soil
Plastic cabinet set from Lowe's
White reflective panel boarding from Lowe's
couple desk fans
Fox Farm organic liquid nutrient teas

I had not had a chance to take any earlier pictures than that bellow but the plants are right at 3 weeks old.
