When going on site to take a piss test, and your substiuting, what is the best way to heat it up so that its within 3 degrees (F) of 98.6?

hey...go to Wal Mart and get those "Hot Hands"...theyre lil handwarmers that you shake up and they heat up...put a rubber band around it and ur set!

btw--I would recommend putting the heat pack on the container at least 30-45 minutes before...unless u put the container in the microwave for 10 second intervals
