hi well im new to growing and basically wat i have picked up to stat wit from other topics is

get seeds put in warm water for aout 2 days
then put into a paper towel for about 3 days n a window sill is this correct


also is it ok to grow during the winter i live in ky its not ot ut its not very cold at the time if i wanna grow inside what materials would i need please help thanks
